On 30th April Lowry Legal was so honoured to be able to host barristers from 1 Hare Court Chambers in an evening of high end education and networking for around 70 of London’s finest family lawyers to officially launch their London offering.
Lowry’s Michelle Uppal said she was “thrilled and humbled to be able to share the stage with such eminent speakers in our field”.
The lectures where split into two halves; one breakout speaking about Schedule One claims for unmarried parents and nuptial agreements whilst the other about private FDRs, the “Bupa” of the family law world.
Many couples are opting to have this “private” style of dispute resolution with a judge and location of their choice rather than using the public court system which is fraught with overwhelm and delay in many cases which is not suited to their complex high net worth needs.
