We are excited to announce that Trainee Solicitor Abigail Woodcock and Paralegal Olivia Ellis have joined the Firm.

Abigail is undertaking her training contract and has over three years’ experience working as a Paralegal and Trainee in family law. She works closely with the Firm’s fee earners in a client facing role and is instrumental in the running of cases.

She has particular experience in high-net-worth financial settlements in divorce cases, and also has experience in achieving desirable outcomes for clients through the use of alternative dispute resolution. Abigail has also trained in corporate law, allowing her to transfer her knowledge when working with business clients.

Olivia has 3 years of experience as a Paralegal across a number of practice areas, including Property Damage, Residential and Commercial Property, and Property Litigation. During this time, Olivia managed client matters from infancy to conclusion. In these roles, she developed the technical legal skills required from any solicitor, alongside an understanding of the interpersonal aspects that are fundamental to a successful client-solicitor relationship.

Olivia is in the process of completing the Solicitor’s Qualifying Exam (“SQE”) and is eager to gain a wider knowledge of the family sector before formally qualifying as a family solicitor in 2023.
