Our founder and managing partner Katie McCann was interviewed by Caroline Martin on BBC West Midlands.
Katie discussed a range of topics relating to family law, and drew on her extensive practice experience to answer questions on divorce and other areas of matrimonial law.
Commenting on the recent no fault divorce reforms, Katie said: “Family and matrimonial law have been completely shaken up with no fault divorce. These reforms have eliminated the blame element in divorce proceedings.”
“Previously, one party has had to blame the other which can lead to tensions rising – this is no longer necessary.”
