Quoted in Edward Fennell‘s Legal Diary and in International Comparative Legal Guides ICLG, Katie’s perspective is clear: “It is quite frankly ridiculous that a ruling in these circumstances could result in these divorces not standing.”
Explaining that the list of things that would need to be unraveled is extensive, Katie says that she hopes that sense prevails and that the divorces remain valid.
